A teacher of a foreign language, teacher-reseacher of Zharkent Higher College of Humanities and Technology Nietbayeva Banu Batyrkhanovna took part in the Republican competition of professional skills among teachers of technical and vocational organizations, post-secondary education in the pedagogical sector. As a result, she won the 3rd place.
The founder of the Contest was the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The operator for the organization was NJSC "Talap".
The competition consisted of 4 stages
Module 1 – "Me and Society" (3-minute video).
Module 2 – "Methodical project"
Module 3 – "Multimedia Technologies".
Module 4 – "Pedagogical Situation"
According to module 1 - "Me and Society" aspects were observed: assessment of the humane direction and employment of the teacher in social projects, the teacher's participation in social activities.
According to module 2 - "Methodical project", the development and use of the capabilities of modern information technologies of teachers was evaluated.
According to module 3 - "Multimedia Technologies", attention was drawn to the importance of the presented pedagogical experience for the educational process; innovative and experimental activities in the process of development and implementation of educational technologies in the learning process; the expression of the methodological potential and professional competence of teachers.
According to module 4 - "Pedagogical situation", the possession of professional pedagogical competencies, skills in using methods and technologies expedient to situations and tasks, the ability to show independence in making responsible decisions were evaluated.
Methodological, informational and technical support was carried out by the Department of Education of Akmola region, the Regional Educational and Methodological Cabinet of the Education Department, the Republican Educational and Methodological Association of Colleges in the profile "Education".
